Adventist Schools Victoria is seeking expressions of interest in the role of Personal Assistant for our ELC Director to join our head office team. This is a permanent part-time position of 22.5 hours per week with the possibility of increased hours as our centres increase in capacity.
Minimum of two years administration experience with previous experience in the early learning sector is an advantage.
As the ELC Director’s Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support and be responsible for day-to-day management of the Director’s administration. You will assist the leadership team as required and interact with the complete cross-section of the College community across five College campuses. Travel between campuses will be required.
Competencies include the ability to work with people, multitask, plan and organise, attention to detail and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Salary range: $52-$53k (pro-rata)
